The Muscle IQ test was designed by Jeff Nippard. He is a natural professional bodybuilder who shares tips and training programs on his YouTube channel. In one of his videos, he went through the results of the muscle IQ test and explained the correct answers to each question.
The test itself is fast to answer and you have a maximum of 30 minutes to click on answers.
The test is divided into 3 categories: easy, medium, and hard questions.
An example of an easy question is “Do you need to train to muscular failure to stimulate hypertrophy?” with the answers being either Yes or No.
One of the hard questions he asked was “Which of the following activities has been shown to acutely reduce muscle protein synthesis?” with four options to choose from.

Of the 113,300 that took the test of which Jeff Nippard included in his research results, only 158 managed to get 100% of the questions correct.
The average person who took the test scored 61%. 87,763 people got a passing grade, meaning they got more than 50% of the questions correctly.
