4 sets of 13 reps. Rest 2 minutes in between sets.

  • Upper push-up to table

5 sets of 12 reps. Rest 2 minutes in between sets.

  • Front raise dumbbell

4 sets of 11 reps. Rest 2 minutes in between sets.

  • Front press dumbbell

5 sets of 10 reps. Rest 2 minutes in between sets.

  • Reverse dips
