I make my home at Crossfit Zion and Zion Barbell where we train athletes from beginners to pros in; Crossfit, Speed, Agility, Strength & Olympic lifting! My focus is on making an athlete a Hybrid, functionally fit, strong, flexible and adaptive. My focus is on Coaching balance through Strength training, Olympic Lifting, Crossfit, and Conditioning mixed with the proper nutrition.
