I am (a crossfitter) from Italy, I started crossfit less than 3 years ago and I fell in love with it immediately; last year I became a L1 trainer too. At the moment I am more an "athlete" and I push myself in hard trainings and competitions as much as I can due to the lack of time because of my "real" job. I am pharmaceutical chemist and biochemist and I presently work as scientific manager for a company involved in studies for nutrition. Sport has always been in my genes since I was a competitive skier from my childhood, and now with crossfit I have dusted my true passion again. Another passion of mine is writing therefore counting all together (my job, my love and drive for crossfit and the writing itself) the possibility to contribute for BOXROX is simply amazing.
