The 2020 Open saw the addition of single leg squats for the first time.

The CrossFit Open kicked off the 2019-2020 CrossFit Games season and took place between October 10 and November 11 last year.

For five weeks, athletes from around the world tested themselves and competed to find out where they stand globally.
