Saxon Panchik’s Amazing Transformation and 9 of His Top Workouts

Check out how much Saxon has improved and train like this incredible athlete.

Saxon Panchik might well be one of the most underrated athletes in the CrossFit space. As Scott Panchik’s sibling, it’s the elder brother who usually takes most the attention.

However, Saxon has become a household name in the past few years and it’d be a mistake to overlook him any longer.

The American native is a four-time CrossFit Games athlete with a recent career-best finish of 5th. He qualified after wining the 2021 Granite Games Semifinals, edging out athletes such as Chandler Smith and Tim Paulson.

The 25-year-old now owns CrossFit Cliffside along his twin brother Spencer and became father to twin girls earlier in the year.

Saxon Panchik Transformation

Saxon Panchik started CrossFit at the age of 12 as a way to rehab from a severe hiking accident in which him and his twin brother Spencer fell off a 75ft cliff.

The brothers had played football up to that point, but were told by doctors that contact sports were not an option, as any trauma to the head could be deadly.

“Once Spencer and I found out that it was something we could actually compete in, we were hooked,” Panchik said in a 2019 interview.

Saxon made his first CrossFit Games appearance in 2018, where he finished 19th. He has returned to the highest stage of competition every year since, finishing 9th, 21st and 5th respectively.
