In this 10-minute full-body workout for beginners, Hudson goes through 10 exercises you can do at home, with no equipment, to build muscle.
10-Minute Full Body Workout for Beginners
The workout below is designed as a TABATA, which means you are not doing a specific number of repetitions, but rather doing each exercise for 40 seconds and resting for 20 seconds. This way, you can control how hard you work out, but make sure you are keeping the technique impeccable on each rep.

Hudson also shows an easier version for some of the exercises above.
- You can perform squats with a chair behind you so you sit on it, instead of balancing your weight on your legs.
- Push-ups can be performed with knees touching the ground.
- Praying Mantis push-ups can also be performed on your knees.
- Planks can be performed with knees touching the ground.
