The workout is divided into three segments:
- Lower body segment
- Upper body segment
- Core segment
Each segment is composed of four exercises and you can choose for how long you do the workout.
Cavaliere suggests that you do the exercises for 15 seconds if you are a beginner, 20 seconds if you are an intermediate athlete, or 25 seconds if you consider yourself an advanced athlete.
Depending on which level you choose to perform the exercises, you resting period is different: 15 seconds for beginners, 10 seconds for intermediate, and 5 seconds for advanced.
