#Gymnasty challenge. How hard can you #hollow and #arch? Keep tension thru the whole body to stay in position against the force of the rocker. Arms covering ears holding the shoulder angle open the whole time. In the #hollowhold deny the urge to lift the feet and pike at the hips; do not close down at the shoulders. In the #archhold deny the urge to give up the upper back extension; pushing the abs out will help create the rocking action. For either challenge have your friend pushing down on the pvc apply force gradually. Attempt to hold at maximum tilt for 5-10 seconds!
