There are a couple of specifications when it comes to doing this workout created by Mike Israetel. For example, the push-ups should be done on a pair of dumbbells set upright, so that you hit a bit more your lower chest and also stretch your pecs more.

The skull crusher on the smith machine is also better for your elbows, Jared explains. You should also bring the barbell to just below your chin, instead of doing the normal movement behind and over your head.

And that is the workout. Only three exercises (one of them being a superset) and you are done. Could you believe you only need to do these to understand how to cut your chest workouts in half to get better results?
