Why You Cannot Lose Stubborn Fat

For most people, the stubborn fat is located in the lower belly, love handles and lower back. Why are these areas difficult to lose fat? In simple terms, it is because tey contain less blood flow and contain fat cells that are harder to burn off compared to other areas.

Ethier details four arguments for why you cannot lose stubborn fat:

1. Too aggressive and impatient

As you begin to lose weight, it gets harder and harder to continue to lose weight as you get leaner and leaner. If you were losing weight consistently every week and suddenly you don’t see a change in the scale any longer, don’t be impatient and cut calories drastically. This can lead to rebound or muscle loss which leads to increased hunger levels.

2. Poor calorie tracking

Why you cannot lose stubborn fat? Because you are not counting your calories accurately. People tend to under report their daily intake by 300-1000 calories per day.

Don’t overlook the little things either when eating food like condiments, creamers, sauces that you use during the day.

3. Poor calorie management

As you lose more weight, your body will fight back to survive mode and will begin spending less calories to prevent you from losing fat. If you want to break pass this point, you need to manage your daily calories better.

Daily calorie is what matter the most, but think of eating high-volume nutrient-dense low-calorie foods. Have you tried the Volumetrics Diet?

4. You’ve gone lazier

Perhaps you’ve simply gone lazier compared to the beginning of your diet process. Skipping on walks, become less active, and just move less throughout the day as you used to. This, in combination with the fact that you weight less than the start of your diet, can result in you, unknowingly, burning hundreds of calories less than you did before.
