Kristian is the Director of Beaches and Barbells (www.beachesandbarbells.com) a training, coaching and tourism company which merges the best of holidays with the best parts of training. With an elite coaching team and fantastic facilities, Beaches and Barbells provides the highest quality services in the training and fitness world and aims to develop the sports that truly push the body and mind. Kristian is a competitive Olympic Weightlifter for Brunel Weightlifting in the UK. British U23 Champion, British Student Champion, London & South East Champion x2 and ex-member of the GB Development Squad. When Kristian is not lifting himself, he is also the head coach of the Brunel University Weightlifting Club (2015 London University Champions and British University Champions). He is also the Weightlifting coach for Crossfit Ickenham and White Noise Gym where he is developing the sport for all abilities.
