I have managed the business at BOXROX for more than 3 years now. Crossfit came into my life in 2013 when I started at CrossFit Potsdam and I currently train 3-4 times a week. Next to CF, I also do weightlifting at my local WL club AC Potsdam. When I'm not training I love to read a good book, watch series on Netflix or eat Ben & Jerry's Peanut Butter Cup.
